Matter Vermouth Bianco is a masterpiece of Italian aperitif culture that looks back on a centuries-old tradition. Vermouth has been produced in northern Italy since the late 18th century, with wine from Piedmont being enriched with an alcoholic macerate of carefully selected herbs and a delicate sweetness. Typical ingredients such as wormwood, angelica roots, orange peel, coriander and licorice give this vermouth its distinctive, aromatic profile.
Only the best wines and herbs from Piedmont are used for Matter Vermouth Bianco, which are processed according to traditional recipes. Three parts wine and one part macerate create a vermouth that is characterized by its freshness and complexity and has an alcohol content of 16%. Alcohol is perfectly balanced.
