We offer very high quality products and excellent service. Our customers really appreciate this and buy from us again and again. That's why we automatically reward every online purchase with attractive purchasing conditions. Items that are excluded from the discount are marked accordingly (e.g. special price items and vintage products). 

You can see the discount levels in your customer account. Please note that only fully paid orders are counted and you can only order for the new level seven days later. The stages are as follows: 

• 1% discount You are an end customer and have made 200 euros in sales in the last 365 days 
• 2% discount You are an end customer and have made 400 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 3% discount You are an end customer and have made 600 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 4% discount You are an end customer and have made sales of 800 euros in the last 365 days
• 5% discount You are an end customer and have made 1000 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 6% discount You are an end customer and have made 1200 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 7% discount You are an end customer and have made 1400 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 8% discount You are an end customer and have made 1600 euros in sales in the last 365 days
• 9% discount You are an end customer and have made 1800 euros in sales in the last 365 days 
• 10% discount You are an end customer and have made sales of 2000 euros in the last 365 days 

Please note that you will also be automatically downgraded if your sales are no longer sufficient. The last 365 days always count.
