The peach is a diva among distilling fruits: its scent is captivating, but delicate and fleeting. Rescuing it into the glass takes experience and a very gentle hand. Georg Hiebl has both.
The fruit
Distilled single-variety, so the whole peach character survives — the juicy fullness as much as the fine floral thread that makes this fruit so unmistakable.
Aroma & taste
Ripe peach on the nose, juicy and floral, with a hint of kernel — that almond-like note which gives good stone-fruit brandies their depth. Soft and aromatic on the palate, the fruit to the fore, the finish warm and long.
How to enjoy it
Neat at around 16–18 °C in a brandy glass. Not ice-cold — the peach needs warmth to release its scent. A special digestif for lovers of rare fruit brandies.

His aim is simple to state and hard to achieve: preserve the character of a fruit in its original form and concentrate it in the glass — until aroma, colour and taste become one. Nothing added from the outside, no shortcuts. Only the best raw fruit, carefully handled.
Single-variety by conviction
The range holds over 100 different fruit brandies and liqueurs. Hiebl specialises in single-variety distillation — especially of apples and pears — so each variety keeps its own character instead of disappearing into a blend.
Craft Distillery of the Year 2026
At Craft Spirits Berlin 2026, Europe's most important competition for craft spirits, Hiebl prevailed against 120 distilleries from 17 nations to take the overall title: Craft Distillery of the Year 2026. From 47 entries came four "Best in Class" golds, plus 19 further gold, 20 silver and 8 bronze medals — on top of several earlier "Distiller of the Year" honours.
