Gold Label Arak has a unique recipe with dates, anise, star anise and fennel. After distillation, it is aged for six months in old Golani whiskey barrels and refined only with herbs, without essential oils and sugar. The storage in oak barrels gives it its characteristic color.
This is the old bottle from Golani Distillery, not Katzrin Distillery.

The Golani Distillery is a family-run distillery in the beautiful Golan Heights region of Israel.
Founded in 2014 by David and Alona Zibell, the distillery focuses on producing high-quality whiskeys from the region, which reflects the unique terroir of the region. In 2016, on Independence Day, they launched Israel's first whiskey, which marked a milestone for the distillery.
Since then, the line has grown steadily, always respecting the land and community that make their whiskeys possible.
