Sophistication that is only known from single malt is in this whiskey from the Golani Distillery. Bottled in new charred oak casks, this distillate rests 1300 feet above the Sea of Galilee.
This single cask whiskey is made with water from the Eden Spring and distilled from wheat and barley from the Golan Heights. The taste is very complex and small quantities are always bottled by hand.
This Israeli whiskey is not chill-filtered and has a natural flavor through its barrel alone color and is sure to deliver a unique and refined flavor.

The Golani Distillery is a family-run distillery in the beautiful Golan Heights region of Israel.
Founded in 2014 by David and Alona Zibell, the distillery focuses on producing high-quality whiskeys from the region, which reflects the unique terroir of the region. In 2016, on Independence Day, they launched Israel's first whiskey, which marked a milestone for the distillery.
Since then, the line has grown steadily, always respecting the land and community that make their whiskeys possible.
