The Canton Absintherie is a family micro-distillery in Granby, in the Eastern Townships, and is the culmination of many years of work. The products are distilled slowly, carefully and in small batches. They use plants grown and hand-picked here.

An adventure to produce good absinthe in Canada

The big adventure trip to the distillery began after an absinthe tasting in 2013. This was followed by an extensive trip to the cradle of the green fairy in France and Switzerland. On the Absinthe Road, in search of the origins of this mysterious drink, they have acquired the necessary knowledge to produce a high quality, fine and authentic absinthe, like in the Belle Époque.

Absinthe Fleur Bleue 500 ml

FLEUR BLEUE, inspired by a 19th century recipe from the Swiss Jura, is traditionally distilled. Made with Artemisia Absinthium from Quebec and with fennel and anise, it is less bitter than JOUAL VERT.
