Le Loutron Libre - that is the name of this brand new distillery in Mouthier-Haute-Pierre, founded by David Pagnier. In an old, long-unused hangar on the edge of the D67, Pagnier has built a craft distillery with great dedication, which is characterized by a beautiful copper alembic.
David Pagnier proudly describes himself as a "farmer distiller". He combines his passion for distillation with the cultivation of spices, aromatic herbs and medicinal and medicinal plants.
