Absinthe Yggdrasil barrel-aged 500ml from Germany.

The Yggdrasil was refined with lime peels and lemons before distillation and then matured in old bourbon barrels. It was also refined with birch sap. It impresses with an interesting, slightly fruity-sweet profile, which is accompanied by a clear barrel aroma.
