Rosinski Barrel Aged Absinthe by Saar Whisky

With the ROSINSKI Absinthe, you hold a true collector's item in your hands – a limited edition that combines craftsmanship, tradition, and creativity. This special absinthe was created from a 2021 single malt whisky, which was then carefully macerated with classic herbs such as wormwood, anise, fennel, star anise, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, and turmeric.

After distillation, the absinthe matured for six months in a former bourbon barrel from the Ardmore Distillery. This barrel aging gives it a subtle, elegant smokiness and a warm vanilla note – a harmonious combination of whisky character and herbal tradition.
