The Bourgois couple is known for their excellent absinthes. With the exception of green anise, all herbs are grown in the home garden. The plants are grown with love and in the most natural way.
Especially with the new Absinthe Leon, the couple attaches great importance to a perfect green and spend months testing the right herbal mixture.
However, it's not just about the color, but of course also about the excellent taste, which has a certain sweetness, which is rather untypical for Verte. Intense herbs and a slightly bitter note round off this new distillate.

The Distillerie Bourgois is a distillery in
Arçon, which produces absinthe and anise from controlled organic cultivation. After absinthe was banned in 2011 (France was a little later), the distillery is breathing new life into this excellent drink. At a level of craftsmanship that has only one goal: to offer the customer this unique drink.
