In order to preserve its beautiful green color, after distillation, we carry out a second maceration of the plants to extract the chlorophyll. This color gives it a more herbaceous note and aromas of undergrowth and ferns. This absinthe is rather sweet for a green with a very slight bitterness and an intense bouquet of plants brought back by the color.

The Distillerie Bourgois is a distillery in
Arçon, which produces absinthe and anise from controlled organic cultivation. After absinthe was banned in 2011 (France was a little later), the distillery is breathing new life into this excellent drink. At a level of craftsmanship that has only one goal: to offer the customer this unique drink.
