After a three-month development period and numerous experiments, the creation of a new absinthe, which is characterized by a unique recipe, has been completed. Crafted in two separate distillation phases and then carefully combined, this absinthe offers a traditional absinthe experience with ingredients such as various types of wormwood, fennel and anise.

Exotic herbs round off the absinthe

There are also exotic herbs such as cardamom and coriander, which give it a distinctive sweet-tart aroma. A second maceration with blackberries and wormwood gives the absinthe its intense blue-green color and rounds off the sensory profile.
