When something finds its way to Zufanek for the first time, it is as good as gone - and this also applies to the very first rouge absinthe ever created at the Žufánek distillery . The Berry Fairy Absinthe 70% was presented for the first time on September 19, 2023 at the Serial Killer Festival in Brno and at the same time Žufánek released a few dozen bottles in his e-shop. In total, only 484 copies of this limited edition were released.

The Berry Fairy Absinthe 70% was created in collaboration with Václav Seidl, the co-founder of Bar Naproti. The basis of this absinthe is an excellent brandy, accompanied by the best wormwood from the fields of La Semilla and dried blueberries.

In addition to our Original Slivovitz, we have gradually but also after other fruit brandies such as pear, apricot, cherry Introduced juniper, walnut and met liqueur. In addition, there is Honey infused herbal liqueurs, peppermint schnapps, beer brandies, cask brandies, gin and the first in the Czech Republic distilled absinthe.
Our motto is: "100% natural products" and we are strictly against using artificial flavors or colors. The production quantities are therefore always dependent on the harvest volume.
