La Fine Absinthe will appeal more to people looking for a distinctive product in which the bitterness of the great absinthe is slightly more pronounced. The higher alcohol level preserves the flavors better, so we recommend a slightly stronger dilution, i.e. 1 volume of absinthe for 5 to 7 volumes of water, depending on your preference.
