Moroccan mint plays the main role here, which is very dominant alongside the classic juniper from the heath. Other botanicals include the peel of citrus fruits, such as orange and pink grapefruit from Spain, lime and lemon from Italy, and coriander from Vietnam. All these botanicals are individually macerated and distilled. The spirits are only mixed after the distillation and result in a unique gin.

Skin Gin
Skin Gin was developed by Martin Birk Jensen in 2014. At the time, Martin was on vacation in Greece and had the dream of a refreshing gin that would stand out from the crowd.
Back home, Martin did not let himself be deterred and contacted a gifted local distiller in the Altes Land, near Hamburg. With the botanicals in their luggage and the idea of Skin Gin, they started testing and after 21 samples they finally found the product that is becoming more and more popular today.
Even the bottle design had to be brought from Martin's ideas to paper and then around the bottle. A perfection in itself.
